Operations Manager

We are looking for an Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Love's Travel Stops and Country Stores locations. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our stores are clean, safe, and well-maintained, while also providing excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, with experience in leading teams and driving sales growth. You will be expected to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and will be required to travel occasionally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of our Love's Travel Stops and Country Stores locations
• Ensure that stores are clean, safe, and well-maintained
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints
• Lead and motivate team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service
• Manage budgets and P&L statements to ensure profitability
• Travel occasionally to support store operations and attend training sessions

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• 2+ years of experience in retail management, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Able to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Valid driver's license
• Intermediate level computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel
