Job Description:As an Operations Manager at Love's, you will be responsible for promoting sales growth through effective merchandise execution, ensuring your teams are well-trained and deliver world-class service. You will work in a fast-paced environment, making decisions that impact the success of our locations. To succeed in this role, you must be able to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Oversee all aspects of store operations, including sales growth, customer satisfaction, and team performance.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and customer engagement.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration.
- Recruit, train, and develop high-performing team members.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, analyzing data to inform business decisions.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in retail, travel stop or c-store, big box, grocery, or department store management.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience managing operations with an annual sales volume of $2 Million + in sales.
- A valid Driver License.
- Intermediate-level computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
