Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a team of employees in multiple business operations, including retail store, fuel, restaurant, fresh kitchen, and truck care.
* Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility through regular safety checks and maintenance of equipment and facilities.
* Drive sales of products and services through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and merchandising standards.
* Assist the General Manager with task execution and completion, schedule integrity, and complete daily, weekly, and monthly reporting.
* Analyze financial reports, including profit and loss statements, to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
* Collaborate with managers to attract and retain top talent.

Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience in retail, travel stop or c-store, big box, grocery, or department store management.
* 2+ years of experience managing operations with annual sales volume of $2+million.
* 2+ years of experience affecting and deciphering budgets and P&L statements.
* 2+ years of experience supervising and training 5-10+ employees.
* Intermediate level computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
* Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
