As part of our Audit team, you'll receive support to reach your potential, from completing professional qualifications to developing new skills and exploring different learning opportunities.

The international audit team specialises in providing coordinated secondary audit services to multinationals. Working closely with BDO Member Firms worldwide, the team leverages controls at finance service centre locations to design efficient global audit strategies.

You'll be someone who is proactive, managing your own tasks, and confident collaborating with others and communicating regularly with Senior Managers, Directors, and Partners.

Requirements

  • ACCA/ACA/ICAS qualified or overseas equivalent
  • Significant experience delivering audit and assurance services to major entities, including those with international interests
  • Experience in systems review, controls testing, substantive auditing, and statutory accounts review
  • Project Management experience of large, complex engagements or a large portfolio of smaller engagements
  • Excellent working knowledge of ISAs, IFRS, UK GAAP, and Financial Reporting requirements
  • Managing and developing staff, challenging Management, and identifying commercial opportunities
  • Demonstrable knowledge of current economic and market trends
  • Desirable Skills

  • Sector experience relevant to BDO audited entities
  • Experience designing audit strategies that rely on controls and IT environments
