General Manager in Training

A successful Operations Manager assists and oversees daily operations to drive efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.

• Lead a team and manage processes to grow sales and meet organizational goals.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility through regular safety checks and equipment maintenance.
• Drive sales of products and services through efficient inventory management and merchandising standards.
• Collaborate with managers in talent acquisition and assist the General Manager with task execution and reporting.
• Understand financial reporting, including analyzing profit and loss statements to capture opportunities.

• 2+ years of experience in retail, travel stop or c-store, big box, grocery, or department store management.
• 2+ years managing operations with an annual sales volume of $2+million.
• 2+ years affecting and deciphering budgets and P&L statements.
• 2+ years supervising and training 5-10+ employees.
• Intermediate level computer skills including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
