Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple business operations, including retail stores, fuel, restaurants, fresh kitchens, and truck care
• Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility through regular safety checks, equipment maintenance, and facilities upkeep
• Drive sales growth through efficient ordering, inventory management, and merchandising standards
• Collaborate with managers to achieve talent acquisition goals
• Assist with financial reporting, analyzing profit and loss statements, and affecting change to capitalize on opportunities

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in retail, travel stop, or c-store management
• 2+ years of experience managing operations with annual sales volume of $2+ million
• Intermediate level computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Ability to supervise and train 5-10 employees
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
