Site General Manager

Run the Play:

A General Manager will help run our business by overseeing all operations in the store, restaurant and truck care facilities where applicable.

As a General Manager you will ensure our teams are focusing on the customer in everything we do. Sometimes it is just a smile, other times it will be listening to their feedback and adjust accordingly.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily managerial duties, directing and coordinating activities around the store to better serve customers.
• Ensure sales growth through merchandise execution and train your team to deliver world-class service.
• Manage budgets and P&L statements.
• Supervise and train 5-10 employees.
• Operate a fast-paced environment with flexibility in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of retail, travel stop or c-store, big box, grocery, or department store management experience.
• At least 2 years′ of experience managing operations with an annual sales volume of $2 Million + in sales.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Intermediate level computer skills including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
