We'll broaden your horizons
The international audit team specialises in providing coordinated secondary audit services to multinationals, working closely with BDO Member Firms worldwide to design global audit strategies. Many engagements require travel, with team members often travelling overseas multiple times a year.
You'll be someone with:
- ACCA/ACA/ICAS qualified or overseas equivalent
- Experience managing, supervising, and coaching junior staff
- Experience challenging Management and managing difficult conversations
- Working knowledge of ISAs, IFRS, UK GAAP, and Financial Reporting requirements
- Knowledge of financial products, firm services, and regulatory compliance
- Experience reviewing systems and control environments to understand risk
- Experience designing audit strategies based on substantive auditing
- Experience managing complex projects and teams
Desirable
- Sector experience relevant to BDO audited entities
- Experience auditing international groups and coordinating cross-border engagements
- Experience designing audit strategies relying on controls and IT environments
