Job Summary
The Operations Manager plays a crucial role in driving efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction by overseeing daily operations. Responsibilities include leading a team, managing processes, and executing strategies to grow sales and meet organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities- Manage multiple business operations, including retail store, fuel, restaurant, fresh kitchen, and truck care.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility through regular safety checks and maintenance.
- Drive sales of products and services through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and merchandising standards.
- Assist the General Manager with task execution, schedule and cash integrity, and complete daily, weekly, and monthly reporting.
- Collaborate with managers to acquire and retain talent.
- 2+ years of experience in retail, travel stop or c-store, big box, grocery, or department store management.
- 2+ years of experience managing operations with an annual sales volume of $2+million.
- 2+ years of experience affecting and deciphering budgets and P&L statements.
- 2+ years of supervising and training 5-10+ employees.
- Intermediate level computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
