Assistant Manager

Job Title: Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to assist and oversee daily operations at our Love's Travel Stops and Country Stores location. This is an exciting opportunity for driven individuals looking to make a significant impact in a dynamic team environment.

• Lead a team of employees to drive efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Manage multiple business operations, including retail store, fuel, restaurant, fresh kitchen, and truck care.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility through regular checks and maintenance.
• Drive sales growth by optimizing ordering, stocking, inventory management, and merchandising standards.
• Assist the General Manager with task execution, schedule integrity, and reporting.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail, travel stop or c-store, big box, grocery, or department store management.
• 2+ years managing operations with an annual sales volume of $2+million.
• Intermediate level computer skills including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Able to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
