General Manager in Training

Assist and oversee daily operations to drive efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. This role is perfect for driven individuals looking to make an impact.

• Hands-on responsibility of multiple business operations including retail store, fuel, restaurant, fresh kitchen, and truck care.
• Evaluate and maintain a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility through cleanliness checks and equipment maintenance.
• Drive sales of products and services through efficient inventory management and merchandising standards.
• Collaborate with managers in the efforts of talent acquisition and ensure proper task execution and completion.

• At least 2 years in retail or travel stop management with an annual sales volume of $2+ million.
• Able to affect and decipher budgets and P&L statements.
• Supervise and train employees with intermediate level computer skills.

• A valid driver's license and ability to successfully complete pre-employment drug screen, background, and motor vehicle check.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer satisfaction focus.
