You will be an experienced professional with:

• ACA/ACCA qualification or equivalent.
• Significant experience in corporate finance.
• Proven track record of successful business development and market wins.
• Previous management experience.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Knowledge of relevant legislation for Capital Markets transactions (if applicable).
