Job Summary:

We are seeking an Operations Manager to assist and oversee daily operations, driving efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team and manage processes to grow sales and meet organizational goals.
• Hands-on responsibility of multiple business operations, including retail store, fuel, restaurant, fresh kitchen, and truck care.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility through cleanliness, facilities, equipment maintenance, and safety checks.
• Drive sales of products and services through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and merchandising standards.
• Assist the General Manager with task execution and completion, schedule and cash integrity, and complete daily, weekly, and monthly reporting.
• Understand financial reporting, including analyzing profit and loss statements and affecting change to capture and capitalize on opportunities.
• Collaborate with managers in the efforts of talent acquisition.

Requirements:

• 2+ years in retail, travel stop or c-store, big box, grocery, or department store management.
• 2+ years managing operations with an annual sales volume of $2+million.
• 2+ years affecting and deciphering budgets and P&L statements.
• 2+ years supervising and training 5-10+ employees.
• Intermediate level computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

• Ability to work various shift times, including days, afternoons, evenings, nights, occasional overnights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer satisfaction focus.
• Exceptional customer service, positive rapport building, expert salesmanship, and ensuring satisfaction by managing operations and employee-vehicle deployment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
• Effective teamwork skills.
