- Ensure store safety, legality, and full operation.
- Manage diligence checks and stock accuracy to provide a seamless shopping experience.
- Support the Store Manager by deputising when needed and handling HR processes.
- Lead the implementation of new products and services, promoting open and honest feedback.
- Engage with the local community to support the Store Manager in delivering the Co-op community plan.
- Candidate must be aged 18 or over.
- Full-time position with varied shifts including evenings and weekends.
- Flexible working hours including some early morning shifts.
- Desire to learn and grow as a leader.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
