Food Assistant Manager

As a Food Assistant Manager at Love's, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and make a real impact on our customers' experiences.

• You will be responsible for promoting sales growth through merchandise execution and ensuring your team is well-trained to deliver world-class service.

• You must be able to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• You should have 2 or more years of experience in retail, travel stop or c-store, big box, grocery, or department store management.
• You should also have experience managing operations with an annual sales volume of $2 Million + in sales, effecting and deciphering budgets and P&L statements, supervising and training 5-10 employees, and having a valid Driver's License.
• You should be considered to be at an intermediate level with computer skills including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
