Job Title: General Manager in Training
Working at Love’s as a General Manager in Training is a unique opportunity to lead and manage all aspects of a location. As a manager at Love’s, we empower you to be owner-operators and allow you to make decisions that impact your team and customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Run the store, restaurant, and tire care concepts in a Love’s Travel Stop location.
- Work in a fast-paced environment, switching between tasks such as managing store operations, helping with tire care, and assisting with restaurant duties.
- Ensure sales growth through merchandise execution and deliver world-class service to customers.
- 2 or more years of experience in retail, travel stop, or c-store management.
- 2 or more years of experience managing operations with an annual sales volume of $2 Million+.
- Experience effecting and deciphering budgets and P&L statements.
- Supervising and training 5-10 employees.
- A valid Driver's License.
- Intermediate level computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
