General Manager in Training

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations, including staff training and development
• Ensure excellent customer service and experience
• Promote sales growth through merchandise execution
• Effect and decipher budgets and P&L statements
• Supervise and train 5-10 employees

Requirements:

• 2 or more years in retail, travel stop or c-store, big box, grocery, or department store management experience
• 2 or more years' experience managing operations with an annual sales volume of $2 Million+
• Valid Driver License
• Intermediate level with computer skills including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel

Travel Requirements:

Some travel may be required.

Typical Physical Demands:

Regularly required to talk and hear. Requires standing and walking, with some bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing. Occasional lifting of up to 50lbs.

Work Environment:

Exposure to outdoor elements in all seasons. Occasional exposure to fumes and particles, moving mechanical parts, and vibration. The noise level can be loud at times. Exposure to dirt, dust, grime, grease, oil, gas, high-concentrated cleaning solutions, etc.
