Job Summary
As an Operations Manager at Love's, you will play a key role in driving efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include leading a team, managing processes, and executing strategies to grow sales and meet organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Lead a team of operations staff and oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Process Management: Manage various business operations including retail store, fuel, restaurant, fresh kitchen, and truck care.
- Sales Growth: Drive sales of products and services through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and merchandising standards.
- Reporting: Assist the General Manager with task execution, schedule and cash integrity, and complete daily, weekly, and monthly reporting.
- Financial Analysis: Understand financial reporting to analyze profit and loss statements and make informed decisions to capitalize on opportunities.
Requirements:
- At least 2+ years of experience in retail, travel stop, or c-store management.
- Proven track record of managing operations with an annual sales volume of $2+ million.
- Ability to supervise and train 5-10+ employees.
- Intermediate level computer skills including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
