About
Operations Managers play a key role in driving efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. This position involves leading a team, managing processes, and executing strategies to grow sales and meet organizational goals.
Job Responsibilities:- Oversee daily operations of multiple business units, including retail stores, fuel, restaurants, fresh kitchens, and truck care centers.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility by maintaining restrooms and showers, equipment, and conducting regular safety checks.
- Drive sales growth through efficient inventory management, merchandising standards, and effective ordering practices.
- Assist the General Manager with task execution, schedule integrity, and complete daily, weekly, and monthly reporting.
- Analyze financial reports, including profit and loss statements, to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with managers on talent acquisition and development initiatives.
- At least 2 years of experience in retail, travel stop, or c-store management, preferably with an annual sales volume of $2+ million.
- Strong budgeting and P&L statement analysis skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work various shift times, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical demands include regular talking and hearing, standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing.
