Job Title: Operations Manager

The Operations Manager plays a crucial role in driving efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction at Love's Travel Stops. This position requires leadership skills, process management expertise, and strategic thinking to grow sales and meet organizational goals.

• Lead daily operations to achieve efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Manage multiple business operations, including retail store, fuel, restaurant, fresh kitchen, and truck care.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility through regular inspections and maintenance.
• Drive sales growth through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and merchandising standards.
• Collaborate with the General Manager to execute tasks, maintain schedule and cash integrity, and complete reporting.
• Understand financial reporting, analyze profit and loss statements, and identify opportunities for improvement.

• 2+ years of experience in retail, travel stop, or c-store management.
• 2+ years of managing operations with an annual sales volume of $2+million.
• 2+ years of affecting and deciphering budgets and P&L statements.
• 2+ years of supervising and training 5-10+ employees.
• Intermediate level computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel.

• Ability to work various shift times, including days, evenings, nights, occasional overnights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer satisfaction focus.
• Exceptional customer service, positive rapport building, expert salesmanship, and ensuring satisfaction by managing operations and employee-vehicle deployment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
• Effective teamwork skills.
