Job Description

Operations Managers play a vital role in driving efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. They lead teams, manage processes, and execute strategies to grow sales and meet organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations of multiple business areas, including retail stores, fuel, restaurants, and truck care.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility through regular checks and maintenance.
  • Drive sales growth through efficient ordering, inventory management, and merchandising standards.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to ensure task execution, schedule integrity, and complete reporting.
  • Analyze financial reports to identify opportunities for improvement.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in retail, travel stop, or c-store management.
  • Proven ability to manage operations with an annual sales volume of $2+ million.
  • Strong analytical skills, including budgeting and P&L statement analysis.
  • Ability to supervise and train 5-10 employees.
  • Intermediate level computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel.
