General Manager in Training

We are seeking a motivated and experienced General Manager in Training to join our team at Love's Travel Stops & Country Stores. As a manager, you will be empowered to take ownership of your location and make decisions that drive success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Run the store, restaurant, and tire care concepts in a fast-paced environment
• Ensure teams are well-trained and delivering world-class service
• Promote sales growth through merchandise execution
• Manage operations with an annual sales volume of $2 Million+
• Supervise and train 5-10 employees

Requirements:

• 2+ years of retail, travel stop, or c-store management experience
• 2+ years of experience managing operations with an annual sales volume of $2 Million+
• 2+ years of experience effecting and deciphering budgets and P&L statements
• Valid Driver's License
• Intermediate level computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel

Our Road to Success Program:

We provide leadership and management skills training and full apprenticeships for those just starting out. Our program includes a two-day workshop at Love's University, where you'll experience dynamic days with other managers and leaders.
