Our Advisory team provide a wide variety of services that deliver value-led advice and outcomes. They have an in-depth knowledge of business, industry sectors and markets and understand the constantly changing risks and opportunities at the heart of our clients' affairs.

We'll help you succeed

You'll be an Assistant Director or Director required to independently develop and grow the Transaction Services business within Corporate Finance. You'll have a good understanding of and experience in financial due diligence for corporate or strategic buyers, private equity or financial buyers and vendors, and/or reporting accountant's work.

As an Associate Director or Director, you will:

• Manage financial due diligence projects, overseeing day-to-day progress and driving delivery of quality transaction advice to our clients.
• Create environments where our people can thrive, supporting their development and progression.
• Work across multiple concurrent projects, prioritizing clients and teams effectively.
• Manage client relationships, take ownership of commercial and risk management, and help our team use new tools and approaches.
• Proactively seek opportunities to enhance the business through identifying and developing client opportunities, maintaining existing client relationships, delivering pitches and presentations, and identifying areas for operational improvement.
