General Manager in Training

Job Summary

We are seeking a General Manager in Training to join our team at Love's Travel Stops & Country Stores. As a General Manager in Training, you will be responsible for running the store, restaurant, and tire care concepts in a Love's Travel Stop location.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the location, including sales growth through merchandise execution
• Ensure teams are well trained and delivering world-class service
• Operate in a fast-paced environment with flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Requirements

• 2 or more years of retail, travel stop, or c-store management experience
• Experience managing operations with an annual sales volume of $2 Million +
• Ability to decipher and effect budgets and P&L statements
• Valid Driver's License
• Intermediate level computer skills including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel
