Early Years Practitioner
This is a pivotal role within our childcare setting, where you will oversee and assist with the daily operation of the nursery.
The successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for early years education, and a commitment to providing a nurturing environment where children can thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of nursery practitioners in delivering high-quality care and education for children aged 0-5 years.
- Develop and implement educational programs that cater to diverse learning styles.
- Establish a positive and inclusive environment that fosters social-emotional growth and development.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
Requirements:
- Level 3 qualification or above in correlation to government guidelines.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a team.
- Passion for early years education and commitment to providing a nurturing environment.
