Job Summary
The Operations Manager plays a vital role in driving efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction by overseeing daily operations. This position involves leading a team, managing processes, and executing strategies to grow sales and meet organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities- Hands-on management of multiple business operations, including retail store, fuel, restaurant, fresh kitchen, and truck care.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility through regular cleanliness checks and maintenance tasks.
- Drive sales growth through efficient inventory management, merchandising standards, and effective ordering procedures.
- Collaborate with the General Manager to ensure task execution, schedule integrity, and accurate reporting.
- Analyze financial reports, including profit and loss statements, to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Participate in talent acquisition efforts with other managers.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail, travel stop or c-store, big box, grocery, or department store management.
- Proven track record of managing operations with an annual sales volume of $2+million.
- Experience in affecting budgets and P&L statements, as well as supervising and training employees.
- Intermediate level computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
