We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Manager to join our team at Happitots Erskine. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality childcare and education, while also contributing to the overall management of the nursery.

As a Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring that our children receive exceptional care and education. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supervising staff to guarantee high-quality childcare and maintain a secure, nurturing environment.
• Collaborating with the Nursery Manager and Centralised Departments to promote teamwork, professional growth, and effective communication with parents.
• Managing administrative duties including health and safety regulations, payroll, and other essential tasks.
• Fostering a positive and supportive work environment by promoting teamwork, collaboration, and a culture of excellence.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• Level 3 qualification or above in Early Years Education, as per government guidelines.
• Leadership experience with a proven track record of managing teams and achieving excellent results.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external stakeholders.
