General Manager in Training

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team at Love's Travel Stops & Country Stores. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of employees and ensuring the successful operation of our travel stops.

• Manage all aspects of store operations, including sales growth, merchandise execution, and customer service.
• Supervise and train employees to ensure they are meeting performance expectations.
• Effect and decipher budgets and P&L statements to drive business results.
• Develop and implement plans to improve sales and profitability.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

• 2+ years of experience in retail, travel stop or c-store management.
• Experience managing operations with an annual sales volume of $2 Million +.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
