The Role:
As Divisional Quality & Performance Manager, you will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and high standards across our services. You will:

  • Lead the development and implementation of an ISO accreditation for pest control, ensuring best practices and compliance.
  • Oversee multiple service areas, making this a truly diverse and fast-paced role where no two days are alike.
  • Drive continuous improvement, enhancing service quality, performance, and customer satisfaction.
  • Evaluate and ensure compliance with health & safety, environmental standards, and service delivery best practices.
  • Collaborate with managers and frontline teams, fostering a culture of innovation and high performance.

What We're Looking For:
We need a proactive leader with a passion for quality management and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have:
  • A strong background in quality management systems and performance measurement.
  • Experience in developing externally assessed systems, such as ISO standards.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to influence and inspire teams.
  • A problem-solving mindset with the ability to drive positive change.

Why Join Us?
We offer a unique and varied role, opportunities for growth & development, and the chance to make a real impact in improving service delivery and customer satisfaction. If you're ready for a challenging and rewarding role, we'd love to hear from you.
