Job Title: Operations Manager
Description:
Loves is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, drive efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of employees and manage processes to grow sales and meet organizational goals.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility through regular safety checks and maintenance.
- Drive sales of products and services through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and merchandising standards.
- Assist the General Manager with task execution, schedule integrity, and daily/weekly/monthly reporting.
- Analyze financial reports to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of retail, travel stop, or c-store management experience.
- Experience managing operations with annual sales volume of $2+million.
- Ability to decipher budgets and P&L statements.
- Supervisory experience with 5-10+ employees.
- Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Ability to complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
Skills and Demands:
- Ability to work various shift times, including days, afternoons, evenings, nights, occasional overnights, weekends, and holidays.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer satisfaction focus.
- Exceptional customer service and positive rapport building skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
