Job Title: Operations Manager

Description:

Loves is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, drive efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of employees and manage processes to grow sales and meet organizational goals.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility through regular safety checks and maintenance.
• Drive sales of products and services through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and merchandising standards.
• Assist the General Manager with task execution, schedule integrity, and daily/weekly/monthly reporting.
• Analyze financial reports to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of retail, travel stop, or c-store management experience.
• Experience managing operations with annual sales volume of $2+million.
• Ability to decipher budgets and P&L statements.
• Supervisory experience with 5-10+ employees.
• Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Ability to complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Skills and Demands:

• Ability to work various shift times, including days, afternoons, evenings, nights, occasional overnights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer satisfaction focus.
• Exceptional customer service and positive rapport building skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
