General Manager in Training

The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations to drive efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. This role involves leading a team, managing processes, and executing strategies to grow sales and meet organizational goals.

• Hands-on responsibility of multiple business operations, including retail store, fuel, restaurant, fresh kitchen, and truck care.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility through regular cleaning and maintenance checks.
• Drive sales of products and services through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and merchandising standards.
• Assist the General Manager with task execution, schedule and cash integrity, and complete daily, weekly, and monthly reporting.
• Understand financial reporting to include analyzing profit and loss statements and affecting change to capture and capitalize on opportunities.

• 2+ years in retail, travel stop or c-store, big box, grocery, or department store management.
• 2+ years managing operations with an annual sales volume of $2+million.
• 2+ years affecting and deciphering budgets and P&L statements.
• 2+ years supervising and training 5-10+ employees.
• Intermediate level computer skills including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• A valid driver's license and ability to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen, background, and motor vehicle check.
