General Manager in Training

As a General Manager in Training, you will be involved in store operations, restaurant management, and tire care operations. You will ensure that your team focuses on delivering world-class customer service. Sometimes it's just a smile, other times it will be listening to feedback and adjusting accordingly.

You will run the store, restaurant, and tire care concepts in a Love’s Travel Stop location. You will work in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple tasks simultaneously. Your goal will be to promote sales growth through merchandise execution, ensuring that your teams are well-trained and delivering excellent service.

• Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• 2 or more years of retail, travel stop, or c-store management experience
• 2 or more years of experience managing operations with an annual sales volume of $2 Million+
• 2 or more years of experience effecting and deciphering budgets and P&L statements
• 2 or more years of experience supervising and training 5-10 employees
• Valid Driver's License
• Intermediate level computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel
