We are hiring motivated individuals to join our Austin, Texas team as Distribution Center Associates. In this dynamic role, you will be a crucial part of our daily logistics operations, contributing to the efficient flow of goods from our warehouse to our valued customers. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of warehouse activities, including receiving, inventory management, order picking, packing, and preparing shipments. We foster a culture of safety and efficiency, ensuring that all team members are equipped to perform their duties with precision and care. Key duties include:
- Accurately receiving and documenting incoming inventory.
- Organizing and stocking products within the distribution center.
- Efficiently picking and packing customer orders.
- Preparing orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Conducting inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain accuracy.
Your safety is paramount. You will be required to wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and adhere to all established lifting and safety protocols. A thorough understanding of warehouse safety procedures is essential. This role is ideal for individuals who are physically fit, possess a strong work ethic, and enjoy working in a team-oriented environment. Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics setting is beneficial but not always required as comprehensive training is provided.
