Join our growing team as a Fulfillment Associate in Virginia Beach, Virginia! We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented individuals to contribute to our fast-paced fulfillment center. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will play a key role in picking, packing, and shipping orders accurately and efficiently. This position is vital to our logistics operations, ensuring that our customers receive their products on time and in perfect condition. You will be responsible for managing inventory, operating warehouse equipment, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Key duties include:
- Accurately picking items from shelves according to order specifications.
- Carefully packing items to ensure they are protected during transit.
- Labeling and preparing packages for shipment.
- Receiving and stocking incoming inventory.
- Maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the warehouse.
We emphasize a strong commitment to safety, requiring all employees to wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and follow all lifting safety guidelines. A strong understanding of warehouse safety procedures is essential. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a physically active job and takes pride in their work.
