Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Fulfillment Associate to join our team in St. Louis, Missouri. This role is central to our e-commerce operations, focusing on accurately and efficiently processing customer orders from start to finish. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be responsible for picking items, packing them securely, and preparing them for shipment. You will play a vital part in ensuring customer satisfaction by maintaining high standards of accuracy and speed. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to Safety. You will work in a dynamic warehouse environment, handling various products and utilizing warehouse equipment. Teamwork and communication are key to success in this role. We value individuals who are proactive, reliable, and dedicated to contributing to our logistics success. Proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required at all times.
Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick products for customer orders.
  • Pack items carefully and securely, ensuring product protection during transit.
  • Prepare orders for shipping, including labeling and documentation.
  • Receive and process incoming inventory.
  • Organize and maintain inventory stock in designated areas.
  • Operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure order accuracy.
  • Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures, including the correct use of PPE.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet fulfillment goals.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or picking/packing role is beneficial.
  • Ability to perform tasks requiring significant Lifting (up to 50 lbs) and prolonged periods of standing and walking.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with effective communication skills.
  • Commitment to workplace Safety and adherence to all guidelines.
  • Reliability and punctuality are essential.
