Responsibilities:
- Perform tasks related to receiving, storing, and distributing merchandise.
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to established procedures.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification may be required or provided).
- Conduct quality checks to ensure order accuracy and product integrity.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company policies, including strict adherence to safety regulations and proper use of PPE.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts.
- Support the efficient flow of goods within the distribution center logistics network.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational targets.
- Report any operational issues or safety concerns to supervisors.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to perform consistent lifting, up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods.
- Previous warehouse or distribution center experience is preferred.
- Demonstrated understanding of safety protocols and the importance of PPE.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
- Willingness to contribute to a safe and efficient logistics operation.
