We are hiring Warehouse Workers for our Des Moines, Iowa location! This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing logistics team and contribute to our daily operations. As a Warehouse Worker, you will perform a variety of tasks to ensure the efficient flow of goods within our facility. Responsibilities may include receiving and putting away stock, picking and packing orders, loading and unloading trucks, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. No experience is necessary as full training will be provided, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential. This role requires physical stamina, as you will be on your feet for extended periods and will be required to perform tasks involving significant lifting. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unpack, and store incoming goods.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately.
- Load and unload delivery trucks.
- Organize and maintain inventory stock.
- Keep the warehouse clean and tidy.
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines.
- Operate manual pallet jacks or other equipment as needed.
- Perform tasks requiring significant lifting and physical exertion.
- Wear and utilize required PPE.
- Assist with various warehouse duties as assigned.
