About
We are seeking an experienced Inventory Control Specialist to join our New York City, New York warehouse operations. This pivotal role is responsible for maintaining the accuracy, integrity, and efficiency of our inventory management systems. Key duties include conducting regular cycle counts, performing in-depth investigations into inventory variances, processing stock adjustments, and meticulously updating records within our advanced Warehouse Management System (WMS). You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including warehouse staff, logistics coordinators, and management, to identify root causes of discrepancies and implement corrective actions. A comprehensive understanding of inventory control best practices, keen analytical skills, and proficiency with WMS software are essential. Your role directly contributes to optimizing stock levels, minimizing waste, and ensuring product availability for our customers, which is critical for our Logistics network. We are deeply committed to upholding the highest standards of operational excellence and workplace Safety . While this position is primarily analytical and administrative, occasional Lifting of inventory items up to 35 pounds may be necessary. All employees are required to use appropriate PPE when required for specific tasks.
