Join our growing team as a Picker/Packer in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma! We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented individuals to support our fast-paced logistics operations. Your primary responsibilities will include accurately selecting products from warehouse shelves to fulfill customer orders and then meticulously packing those items for safe and timely shipment. This role is fundamental to our supply chain, ensuring that our customers receive their orders correctly and efficiently. You will utilize scanning technology to maintain inventory accuracy and track order progress. A strong emphasis is placed on safety; adherence to all protocols and the correct use of PPE is mandatory. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from designated warehouse locations based on order requirements.
- Verify product identification and quantities to ensure order accuracy.
- Use RF scanners to manage inventory, track picks, and update order status.
- Pack orders securely using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company safety guidelines and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
- Assist with stocking and replenishment of warehouse inventory as needed.
- Perform duties that involve standing, walking, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of the logistics and fulfillment process.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily operational goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, picking, or packing role is advantageous.
- Ability to read and understand order sheets and product labels.
- Proficiency in using hand-held scanning devices.
- Physical capacity to perform tasks requiring frequent movement and lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Understanding of and adherence to warehouse safety practices.
- Willingness to wear required PPE throughout the shift.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
