Job Summary:
Seeking motivated Distribution Center Associates for our busy facility in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This role is central to our logistics network, responsible for a variety of tasks including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. You will work in a fast-paced environment, contributing to the efficient movement of goods and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:
  • Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders.
  • Stock merchandise accurately into designated warehouse locations.
  • Pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners and order sheets.
  • Assemble product for shipment, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
  • Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with all regulations.
  • Participate in inventory control activities, including cycle counts and stock checks.
  • Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including mandatory PPE usage.
  • Perform frequent lifting and moving of products, up to 50 pounds regularly.
  • Contribute to the overall efficiency and success of the logistics operations.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse setting is preferred.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Proficiency with scanning technology and warehouse management systems.
  • Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain principles.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Commitment to workplace safety and willingness to wear required PPE.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes.
