Responsibilities:
  • Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS).
  • Implement and enforce inventory control policies and procedures.
  • Monitor stock levels and identify potential issues (e.g., overstock, stockouts).
  • Work closely with warehouse associates to ensure proper product identification and storage.
  • Analyze inventory data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
  • Ensure adherence to safety regulations, including the proper use of PPE.
  • Assist in the receiving and shipping departments as needed to maintain inventory accuracy.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in inventory control or a similar warehouse role.
  • Proficiency with WMS software and inventory management principles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to perform lifting up to 30 lbs occasionally.
  • Good understanding of warehouse logistics and operations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
