About the Role
As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for driving efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction in our daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team to achieve sales growth and meet organizational goals
- Manage processes and execute strategies to improve operational performance
- Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility
- Drive sales of products and services through efficient ordering, stocking, and merchandising standards
- Analyze financial reporting and make data-driven decisions
- Collaborate with managers on talent acquisition and development
- 2+ years of experience in retail or travel stop management
- Proven track record of managing operations with annual sales volume of $2+ million
- Ability to analyze budgets and P&L statements
- Experience supervising and training 5-10+ employees
- Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel
Regular talking and hearing, standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing. Frequent lifting/moving of items over 75 pounds.
