General Manager in Training

The Operations Manager plays a crucial role in the success of Love's Travel Stops & Country Stores. This is a unique opportunity to be an owner-operator and manage all aspects of your location.

• Ensure sales growth through merchandise execution, well-trained teams, and world-class service.
• Manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Effectively communicate with customers, team members, and leadership.
• Supervise and train 5-10 employees, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

• 2+ years of retail, travel stop, or c-store management experience.
• Proven track record of managing operations with annual sales volume exceeding $2 million.
• Experience with budgets and P&L statements, as well as supervising and training employees.
• Valid driver's license and intermediate-level computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
