Job Summary:
The Operations Manager assists and oversees daily operations to drive efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. This role is perfect for driven individuals looking to make an impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team and manage processes to grow sales and meet organizational goals.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility through regular safety checks and maintenance.
- Drive sales of products and services through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and merchandising standards.
- Assist the General Manager with task execution, schedule integrity, and daily reporting.
- Understand financial reporting and analyze profit and loss statements to capture opportunities.
- Collaborate with managers in talent acquisition efforts.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in retail, travel stop, or c-store management.
- 2+ years of managing operations with annual sales volume over $2 million.
- 2+ years of affecting and deciphering budgets and P&L statements.
- 2+ years of supervising and training 5-10 employees.
- Intermediate level computer skills including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
