Loves Travel Stops and Country Stores is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee daily operations and drive efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. This role is perfect for driven individuals looking to make an impact.

• Hands-on responsibility of multiple business operations, including retail store, fuel, restaurant, fresh kitchen, and truck care.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility through regular checks and maintenance.
• Drive sales of products and services through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and merchandising standards.
• Assist the General Manager with task execution, schedule integrity, and daily, weekly, and monthly reporting.
• Analyze financial reporting, including profit and loss statements, to identify opportunities and affect change.
• Collaborate with managers on talent acquisition efforts.

• 2+ years in retail, travel stop or c-store, big box, grocery, or department store management.
• 2+ years managing operations with an annual sales volume of $2+million.
• 2+ years affecting and deciphering budgets and P&L statements.
• 2+ years supervising and training 5-10+ employees.
• Intermediate level computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

• Ability to work various shift times, including days, afternoons, evenings, nights, occasional overnights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer satisfaction focus.
• Exceptional customer service, positive rapport building, expert salesmanship, and ensuring satisfaction by managing operations and employee-vehicle deployment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
• Effective teamwork skills.
• Physical demands include regular talking and hearing, standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing, frequent lifting/moving of items over 75 pounds.
