General Manager in Training

An Operations Manager is a key role at Love's Travel Stops and Country Stores, responsible for driving efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in retail or management, with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Lead daily operations to drive sales and meet organizational goals
• Manage processes and execute strategies to grow sales
• Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility
• Drive sales through efficient ordering, stocking, and inventory management
• Assist the General Manager with task execution, scheduling, and reporting

• 2+ years of experience in retail, travel stop, or c-store management
• 2+ years managing operations with annual sales volume of $2+ million
• Intermediate level computer skills including Microsoft Office and Excel
• Able to work various shift times, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
