Assistant Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Assistant Manager to join our team at Love's. As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of your location, including sales growth, customer service, and team training.

• Ensure sales growth through merchandise execution and effective team training
• Deliver world-class customer service and promote a positive store experience
• Supervise and train 5-10 employees, including providing coaching and feedback
• Effect and decipher budgets and P&L statements, with a minimum of $2 Million in annual sales volume

• 2+ years of experience in retail, travel stop, or c-store management
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Valid Driver's License and intermediate level computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel
