Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support to the Operations Office and Executive Assistant Team.
- Assist senior colleagues with various tasks, including agenda management, travel coordination, internal meeting organization, and client meetings.
Essential Skills:
- Strong communication skills in Uzbek, Russian, and English.
- Full-time availability (40 hours per week).
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to understand user needs.
- Reliability, goal-oriented approach, and desire to continuously learn and grow.
- Ability to work in a team and maintain confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Who You'll Work With
Our Business Management and Operations team members work together to ensure the smooth operation of Boston Consulting Group. This includes executive and administrative assistants, visual service artists, receptionists, facilities staff, and team leaders who manage these operations and business management jobs.
