Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse locations using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Verify product details and quantities against order requirements.
- Package picked items securely and efficiently for shipping.
- Ensure all packages are properly labeled and ready for dispatch.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Adhere to all company **safety** policies and wear required **PPE**.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts as needed.
- Meet established performance standards for picking and packing accuracy and speed.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a Picker/Packer or in a similar warehouse role is advantageous.
- Physical capability to perform tasks including standing, walking, bending, and **lifting** up to 50 lbs.
- Excellent attention to detail to minimize errors.
- Familiarity with warehouse **logistics** and inventory management concepts.
- Ability to use handheld scanning devices and other warehouse technology.
- Commitment to following **safety** procedures and using **PPE**.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
