Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from designated warehouse locations to fulfill customer orders.
- Pack items securely and efficiently, ensuring they are protected during transit.
- Verify order accuracy against shipping labels and product codes.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and contribute to overall warehouse tidiness.
- Operate hand-held scanners for inventory management and order tracking.
- Adhere strictly to all Safety protocols and company guidelines.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned, including stocking and cycle counts.
- Meet or exceed productivity targets while maintaining quality standards.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience as a Picker/Packer or in a similar warehouse role is a plus.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions.
- Capability for Lifting and moving items weighing up to 40 pounds.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with warehouse equipment and technology.
- Commitment to workplace Safety and proper use of PPE.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
